The grass at multiple Auburn Parks and Recreation sites will be sprayed for weed control beginning Sept. 22.

The following facilities are affected:

• Sept. 22 - Duck Samford Park, Felton Little Park
• Sept. 23 - Wire Road Soccer Complex
• Sept. 24 - Auburn Softball Complex, Shug Jordan Fields
• Sept. 28 - Pick Field, Hickory Dickory Park, Sam Harris Park
• Sept. 29 - Ann Pearson Park, Hubert & Grace Harris Center, Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center
• Sept. 30 - Kiesel Park, Martin Luther King Walking Trail
• Oct. 1 - Town Creek Inclusive Playground, Margie Piper Bailey Park, Town Creek Park Trail
• Oct. 2 - Yarbrough Tennis Center
• Oct. 5 - Memorial Park Cemetery
• Oct. 6 - Pine Hill Cemetery, Westview Cemetery
• Oct. 7 - Town Creek Park, Town Creek Cemetery
