AUBURN, Ala. – A slide at the Inclusive Playground in Town Creek Park is closed as of May 15 while awaiting delivery of the necessary replacement parts. Once the components arrive, crews will begin repairs promptly to restore the feature for public use.

For the safety of park visitors, the slide will remain closed throughout the repair process. On-site signage clearly marks the affected slide as closed. All other areas of the Inclusive Playground will remain open.

The City of Auburn appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as staff work to complete these repairs and ensure the playground remains safe, accessible and enjoyable for all.
