AUBURN, Ala. - On April 13, 2026, at approximately 2:48 p.m., Auburn Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1200 block of Britnee Court. Responding officers located a victim who was transported to the East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC) for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers located the other involved subject at the EAMC Freestanding Emergency Department. This subject was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Further investigation determined that the incident occurred in an apartment located in the 1300 block of Commerce Drive and that both subjects were known to each other.
