AUBURN, Ala. - A temporary road closure of Porter Avenue at the intersection of North Donahue Drive is expected March 9-13 for sidewalk and crosswalk improvements. A temporary closure of the northbound lane of North Donahue Drive at the intersection will be in place throughout the work with flaggers directing traffic. Porter Avenue residents can access households by way of White Street. The work is expected to take place from 7 a.m-5 p.m. daily.

Traffic control measures will be in place to maintain traffic flow throughout the work and a temporary sidewalk will be in place to detour pedestrians around the work. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes to reduce delays.
