UPDATE, Jan. 27: A portion of the Gay Street Parking lot will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 28, for the replacement of trees along the street. Parking spots are expected to be coned off at 4 a.m. with work completing at 6 p.m. Street parking spots on Gay Street will be open.

The entrances to the Gay Street Parking Lot are expected to remain open throughout the work. Additional parking can be found in the remainder of the Gay Street Parking Lot, the ground floor of the Municipal Parking Deck and in the Tichenor Avenue Parking Lot (between the deck and the rear of downtown businesses fronting College Street).

AUBURN, Ala.- A portion of the Gay Street Parking Lot will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 27, for the replacement of trees along the street. The spots affected by the closure border the sidewalk that extends between the two entrances on Gay Street. Parking spots are expected to be coned off at 4 a.m. with work completing at 6 p.m.

Both entrances to the lot will remain open throughout the work along with the parking spaces in the remainder of the Gay Street Parking Lot, the ground floor of the Municipal Parking Deck and in the Tichenor Avenue Parking Lot (between the deck and the rear of downtown businesses fronting College Street).
