Auburn, Ala. - The Auburn Public Works Department will be performing crack sealing through March 2026 as part of maintenance helping maximize the lifespan of local roads. The following areas will experience rolling lane closures during this work.

Areas of impact include:

• Airport Road
• Bent Creek Road
• Chadwick Lane
• Chewacla Drive
• Gatewood Drive
• Hamilton Road
• North Gay Street
• Pumphrey Avenue
• South Gay Street
• West Farmville Road
• West Longleaf Drive
• Wire Road
• Woodfield Drive
• Wrights Mill Road

Traffic control measures will be in place to direct traffic around the closures. Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling in the area and to be mindful of crews working during this time. The City thanks the public for their patience as we ensure Auburn's roads are properly maintained.
