AUBURN, Ala. - CSX has informed the City of Auburn that beginning Nov. 13, CSX plans to perform maintenance work on railroad crossings across Auburn. Railroad crossings will be closed during the work in the following areas:

• North Dean Road (begins Nov. 13)
• Gay Street (begins Nov. 17)
• College Street (begins Nov. 17)
• Byrd Street (begins Nov. 18)
• County Road 55 (begins Nov. 18)

Work is expected to take place Monday through Thursday through Nov. 24. No work is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 14 or 21. Motorists are advised to be careful and to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
