AUBURN, Ala.- A contractor will begin widening North Donahue Drive between Bragg Avenue and West Drake Avenue on Tuesday, May 27, as part of the Boykin Donahue Campus project.

Lane and road closures are expected during the work, which will till take place between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. throughout the summer. All businesses and residences in the area will remain accessible.

Work will begin in the southbound lane then move to the northbound lane. Both lanes will be closed during the final phase of the project.

Traffic control measures will be in place to direct traffic around the closures. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and to follow posted signage.

The City appreciates the public's patience as we work on improving this section of North Donahue Drive.
