AUBURN, Ala.- The City of Auburn's Community Service program is changing! As of Feb. 3, 2025, Community Service opportunities are now scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Daily registration will begin at 7 a.m., and staff will leave promptly at 7:30 a.m. Participants are asked to arrive in advance to register.

The Community Service program provides essential services to the upkeep of our major rights of way. In 2024, 1,799 volunteers collected 8,450 bags of litter along 934 miles of roadway. The program is primarily designed for those assigned to community service through the Auburn Municipal Court.
