Recycling Drop-Off Center temporarily relocating during construction
January 10 2025AUBURN, Ala.- The Auburn Recycling Drop-Off Center on North Donahue Drive is moving to a temporary site during the construction of the Boykin Donahue Campus project.
The drop-off center will be out of service on Monday, Jan. 13, while it is moved from its current location at 365-A N. Donahue Drive to the temporary site at 640 Mary Brooks Drive. The center will reopen at the Mary Brooks Drive location and continue normal operations on Tuesday, Jan. 14. The new location is adjacent to the parking lot for the Boykin Community Center gymnasium. Signage will be in place to help direct residents to the new site.
The Recycling Drop-Off Center will remain open and operational at 640 Mary Brooks Drive until construction of the Boykin Donahue Campus project is complete. The project is currently expected to finish in fall 2026. Once the construction phase is complete, the Recycling Drop-Off Center will be relocated to North Donahue Drive.
