AUBURN, Ala.- Work to install light poles in the median on Martin Luther King Drive between Byrd and Vickerstaff streets will begin on Monday, Dec. 16, and continue throughout the week.

Periodic lane closures are expected between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. through Dec. 20. Traffic control measures will be in place to help motorists navigate around the closures.

Drivers are advised to use caution in the area and to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
