UPDATE, Sept. 29: Lane shifts are expected on West Glenn Avenue between Cox and Thomas streets Oct. 2-5 as sewer line repair work continues in the area. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.

Sept. 21: AUBURN, Ala.- Lane shifts will occur on the east bound lane of West Glenn Avenue between Cox Street and Thomas Street as a construction company repairs a sewer line inside the oLiv Auburn apartments. Work will take place Thursday, Sept. 21 through Monday, Sept. 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, excluding Sunday.

The sidewalk in this area will be closed and rerouted to the nearest crosswalks at Cox and Thomas streets. Two-way traffic will be maintained during the work. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to use caution while navigating this area.
