UPDATE, July 28: Work to install the parking kiosk on South College Street between Magnolia and Thach avenues near the mid-block crossing will continue next week, July 31-Aug. 4 due to delays in utility relocation. Adjacent on-street parking and the sidewalk will be closed near the work area. Travelers are advised to use caution in the area.

UPDATE, July 19: The installation of new parking kiosks on the east side of South College Street is expected to continue next week, July 24-28. Crews are expected to complete work near Thach Avenue by Friday, July 21, but work to install the kiosk near the mid-block crossing between Thach and Magnolia avenues will take place next week.

The sidewalk will be closed during work along with the adjacent on-street parking spaces. Travelers are advised to use caution in the area.

July 14: AUBURN, Ala- The City's Public Works and Engineering Services departments will install two new parking kiosks on the east side of South College Street between Thach and Magnolia avenues next week, July 17-21. Sidewalk and on-street parking closures are expected adjacent to the work.

Pedestrians should use the sidewalk along the west side of College Street during work. The Auburn University buildings between the work areas will remain accessible via the mid-block crossing. Travelers are advised to use caution in the area.
