Auburn, Ala. - On June 16, 2023, Auburn Police arrested Kelsey Rashad Finley, age 27, from Lafayette, AL, on warrants charging him with burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.

The arrest stems from Auburn Police receiving a report of a residential burglary on March 28, 2023. A victim reported that an unknown suspect made unlawful entry into a residence located in the 200 block of West Longleaf Drive between March 20 and March 28. Property was stolen from within the residence.

Kelsey Rashad Finley was developed as a suspect, and after further investigation, arrest warrants were obtained for the burglary and theft. Police located Finley on June 16, and he was placed under arrest.

Finley was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $4,000 bond.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
