AUBURN, Ala.- Asphalt paving is underway as part of the multiuse path project along Martin Luther King Drive between Richland and Webster roads. This work will include milling and paving at the entrance to the Solamere subdivision. Concrete ramps will also be poured on each side of the roadway to ensure that the new path meets federal accessibility requirements.

Work is expected to take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. through March 24. Drivers will be able to enter and exit the Solamere subdivision throughout this part of the project.

Traffic control measures will be in place to help traffic flow smoothly. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.
