Georgia man arrested for criminal mischief first degree

Auburn, Ala. - On March 9, 2023 Auburn Police arrested Jamari Najee Johnson, age 22, from Carrolton, GA on a felony warrant charging him with criminal mischief first degree.
The arrest stems from Auburn Police responding to a criminal mischief call on Feb. 27, 2023. Officers met with a complainant who reported that a suspect caused damage to a business located in the 600 block of Opelika Road on Feb. 26, 2023.
Jamari Najee Johnson was identified as the suspect, and after further investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant for Johnson for the charge of criminal mischief first degree. Johnson was arrested in obedience to the warrant on March 9.
Johnson was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $3,000 bond.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
