Citizen Self Service portal experiencing glitch in payment processing

UPDATE, Dec. 28: The Citizen Self Service portal glitch has been resolved. All accounts should now be displaying correct information.
Dec. 21: AUBURN, Ala.- The City's Citizen Self Service portal is experiencing a glitch that is causing incorrect balances to be shown on some users' accounts. Those who made payments on or after Dec. 16 may be affected by this issue.
Despite the glitch, payments are successfully being processed. No additional late fees will be charged and no disconnections will occur until the glitch has been resolved.
Staff is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
