AUBURN, Ala.- Lane shifts are expected on Hamilton Road between Moores Mill Road and Tutton Drive Monday through Friday, Dec. 5-9. A contractor will be paving the road as part of Hamilton Road infrastructure improvements being performed by Auburn Community Church to provide access to its new facility. The church is constructing turn lanes along Hamilton Road, a right-turn lane at Moores Mill Road and sidewalk improvements between Moores Mill Road and Tutton Drive.

Work is expected to take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. Two-way traffic will be maintained during the majority of the work but will temporarily be reduced to one lane at times. Traffic control measures will be in place to help traffic flow smoothly. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
