Man arrested for receiving stolen property first degree

Auburn, Ala.- On Feb. 13, 2022, Auburn Police arrested Joseph Mark Saia, age 21, from Auburn, on a felony warrant charging him with receiving stolen property first degree.
The arrest stems from Auburn Police responding to a reported theft on Feb. 11, 2022, in the residential area near the 300 block of North Ross Street.
After further investigation, Auburn Police developed Joseph Mark Saia as a suspect. Auburn Police Department obtained an arrest warrant, and on Feb. 13, 2022, Saia was arrested for receiving stolen property first degree.
Saia was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $5,000 bond.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
