UPDATE, Dec. 9: Work on Longleaf Drive between Cox Road and South Donahue Drive is now expected to take place the week of Dec. 13. Work on East University Drive will follow during the weeks of Dec. 20 and Dec. 27.

UPDATE, Dec. 1: The right of way maintenance crew is about a week ahead of schedule, moving up the timeline for planned work along Longleaf Drive and East University Drive. Work is now planned as follows:

• Dec. 6-10: Longleaf Drive between Cox Road and South Donahue Drive
• Dec. 13-22: East University Drive between Glenn Avenue and South College Street.

Temporary lane closures are possible between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Motorists are advised to use caution in these areas.

Nov. 24: AUBURN, Ala.- Rolling lane closures are expected over the next few weeks as crews maintain sidewalks and curbs along East University Drive, South College Street and Longleaf Drive. Work is planned as follows:

• Nov. 29-Dec. 8: South College Street between Interstate 85 and Samford Avenue
• Dec. 9-17: Longleaf Drive between Cox Road and South Donahue Drive
• Dec. 18-Jan. 2: East University Drive between Glenn Avenue and South College Street
